We are able to connect to the Utilities’ main supply lines in the street. We are also one of the few experienced Contractors in the area that can install complete septic systems.

Submit your plans to us and we will provide a competitive bid and an installation plan that is the least costly and most appropriate for your specific project. We sometimes get plans where the lines for utilities are either missing or not drawn in the optimal way for the specific property. We will respond with our bid and a solution that best fits the property.

Installing utilities to an ADU is not just digging trenches and laying pipe. We need to install the trenches (or trenchless installation whenever appropriate) at the right slopes, with the right depths and in some cases, with pumps (e.g. when the ADU is lower than the street or main home if connecting ADU to a septic system or into the main home’s sewer line). Different cities have differing requirements.
